In this Periscope, I talk about how to deal with feeling overwhelmed by just taking my chore list one thing at a time. Give yourself one thing you must get done that day, and then? Go do that thing. It’s time we stop giving ourselves these impossible To Do lists and start giving ourselves realistic tasks to complete. I’m not the first person to offer up this idea, and I’m sure I won’t be the last.
Also,I discuss how I’ve decided I’m no longer going to use a daily planner to write To Do lists. Instead, I’m going to write a list of things I actually accomplished so I can start feeling really great about what I’m getting accomplished instead of kicking my own ass about all the stuff I DIDN’T finish. Seems like a good plan; right?
